Processing Time: Please allow 2-4 business days for processing your order. As a one-person business, we strive to ensure that each artwork is packaged with care and attention to detail before it is shipped out.

Shipping Methods: We primarily use FedEx for our shipments to ensure reliable and secure delivery. Depending on your location and the size of your order, shipping times are estimated as follows:

  • Western Canada (e.g., Vancouver, Calgary): Approximately 2 to 4 business days

  • Central Canada (e.g., Toronto, Ottawa): Approximately 3 to 5 business days

  • Eastern Canada (e.g., Montreal, Halifax): Approximately 4 to 6 business days

  • United States: Approximately 4 to 7 business days

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as your location. You can view the shipping cost during the checkout process for orders within Canada and the US. For international shipping, please contact us for a shipping quote.

Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor the status and location of your package.

International Shipping: We support worldwide shipping. If you are located outside Canada and the United States, please contact us directly for a shipping quote and to discuss available options. Customs duties and taxes may apply, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Packaging: We use high-quality packaging materials to ensure that your artwork arrives safely and in pristine condition. Each piece is carefully wrapped and protected to prevent damage during shipping.

Order Changes and Cancellations: If you need to make changes to your order or cancel it, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. Once your order has been processed or shipped, changes and cancellations may not be possible.

No Refunds: Due to the nature of our business as a one-person operation and the uniqueness of our original artworks, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on any purchases.

Damaged Shipments and Returns: If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@carinadawn.com with clear photographs of the damaged artwork and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly. If a refund is applicable, we will provide instructions for returning the artwork. Please ensure that the artwork is securely packaged for return shipping to prevent further damage.
